Gerda H. Strauss

Gerda H. Strauss, age 91, passed away on December 22, 2018 at Cherry Valley Healthcare in Banning, CA. Gerda was born on June 30, 1927 in Germany. Before her residence in Banning she was a prior resident of Pacific Grove, CA 5yrs; Carson, CA 20 yrs; Hermosa Beach, CA 7 yrs.

Gerda was a Supervisor for Disneyland and after 16 years retired in 1997.

She was Protestant and a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Banning.

Gerda was preceded in death by her parents, Gustav Strauss and Marta Strauss (née Kluve), Germany.

Gerda is survived by her sons, Martin (wife, Suzanne) Strauss, Michael (wife, Marti) Strauss all of Banning, CA; grandchildren, Simone Strauss of Fontana, CA, Martin Strauss, Jr. of Merced, CA, Heidi Strauss of Merced, CA.; three grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

A private service was held in celebration of her life.
