Ernestina Barrientos Chacon

Ernestina Barrientos Chacon passed away at the age of 85 on November 26, 2018 at Loma Linda University Medical Center of Loma Linda, CA.  Ernestina was born in El Paso, TX on October 17, 1933. She attended and graduated from El Paso High School; worked for 45 years in the book bindery industry in the clerical dept. She was a former 40-year resident of Chino, CA and resided in Banning, CA for 10 years. Ernestina was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church of Ontario, CA.

Ernestina was a loving mom and grandmother. She loved gardening and sewing. She also enjoyed reading and classic movies.

Ernestina is survived by her daughters, Debra Romero of Banning, CA and Lisa Morrison of Tucson, AZ; son, Robert Chacon of Ontario, CA; brother, Leopoldo Barrientos of El Paso, TX: six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her brother, Ernesto Barrientos of El Paso, TX; former spouse, Robert Lewis Chacon of Ontario, CA.
