Wesley "Randy" Kellogg
September 8, 1955 - May 10, 2025
Wesley "Randy" Kellogg, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025, in Yucaipa, California, at the age of 69.
Born on September 8, 1955, in Pasadena, California, Randy grew up in the city of Arcadia. He later made his home in Rialto, where he raised his two children and built a life grounded in hard work, laughter, and family. In 2002, Randy and his wife Nancy moved to Yucaipa, California, where they created a beautiful life together surrounded by friends and family.
For 35 years, Randy worked as a proud member of the IBEW as an electrician, retiring from Baker Electric at the age of 55.
Retirement brought Randy the opportunity to do what he loved most-traveling the world with his wife of 27 years, Nancy Kellogg, and spending time with his cherished grandchildren. Whether it was camping in Glamis or Havasu, heading out on RV adventures, fishing with the guys, or cracking one of his classic "Randy-isms," he brought joy, warmth, and humor wherever he went.
An outdoor enthusiast and thrill-seeker at heart, Randy had a lifelong passion for riding dirt bikes. As time passed, he traded two wheels for four, embracing his RZR adventures with the same energy and love for the open trail. He also enjoyed golfing, storytelling, and being surrounded by the people he loved.
Randy is survived by his devoted wife, Nancy Kellogg; his children Courtney Abarr and Jacob Kellogg; stepdaughters Holly (Paul) Cox and Rachel (Teresa) Lakin; his sisters Pam (David) Kenz and Jan Welsh; his grandchildren Ethan Valencia, Jozsef Abarr, Kailei Abarr, Dylan Valencia, Ozzie Abarr, Lucas Abarr, and Jayden Kellogg; two great-grandchildren due this fall; and his nieces and nephews, who adored his playful spirit.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Royce Kellogg and Joann "Jody" Louise Kellogg.
Randy's legacy lives on in the stories shared around campfires, the laughter echoing through family gatherings, and the miles of trail and road he left behind. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
