Shirley Ann Maddox was born to the union of Will & Marie Maddox on March 22, 1954 in Bastrop, Louisiana. Shirley left Louisiana and moved to California with her family. Shirley attended Banning schools and graduated from Banning High School. She also furthered her education at San Jacinto College. Shirley started her career caring for developmentally disabled adults at Valley View.
Shirley accepted Christ at an early age and attended Shiloh Baptist Church. She had a great love for the Lord. Shirley was very passionate about feeding and helping others in need. Shirley met Mr. Louis White the love of her life for over 40 years.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Will & Marie Maddox, son Carlos Johnson, brothers Richard & Lacy Winzer, sister Linda Kay Maddox, nephews Prewitt Kinermon & Dominic Winzer.

Smith, Ar, Larry Martin Jr of Ft. Smith, Ar, Madavilla Johnson of Riverside, Ca, Marie Danielle Johnson of Ft. Smith, Ar, Carlos Johnson Jr of Phoenix, Az. Great grandson Marquelle Edwards of Ft. Smith, Ar. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
