Rosa Marquez Villalpando

Rosa M. Villalpando passed away July 25, 2021 at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning, CA at the age of 92. She was born May 13, 1929 in Palm Springs, CA, where she lived throughout her childhood and attended Palm Springs High School. Rosa followed Catholic beliefs. She will be missed dearly by her loved ones.

Rosa is survived by her daughters, Roberta Acevedo and Eleanor Luna of Banning, CA; sons, Danny Villalpando of Spokane, WA, Fred Villalpando of San Bernardino, CA, Ruben Villalpando of Mentone, CA, Stephen Villalpando of Banning, CA, and Gary Villalpando of Fresno, CA; twenty-four grandchildren; and nine greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro of Banning, CA; sons, Robert of Cathedral City, CA: Antony and Frank both of Banning, CA; granddaughter, LiaLani of Mentone, CA; and parents, Juana and Pete of Palm Springs, CA.

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 9-11 AM at Wiefels & Son Mortuary in Banning, CA with a funeral service to begin at 11AM and burial to follow at San Gorgonio Memorial Park in Banning, CA.
