Manuel Anthony Rios

Manuel Anthony Rios, age 69 passed away on April 6, 2020 in Banning, CA. He was born to his parents, Edward H. and Rachel Q. Rios in Hemet, CA on January 17, 1951. He graduated from Banning High School and was a saxophone player.

Most people knew Manual as Anthony. Anthony grew up and lived all his life in Banning. Anthony has many family members in the Pass area and neighboring cities being a child of a father with seven siblings and a mother with eight siblings. His father was Edward Henry Rios, more commonly known as Foxy, who passed away in 1991. His mother was Rachel Quesada Rios also known as Raquel, who passed away in 2018.

Anthony is survived by his siblings; Eddie Q. Rios of Banning, Yolanda Rios of Banning and Debbie Gomez of Bakersfield. Anthony also had many nieces and nephews who called him Uncle Tony or Uncle Antone. One person especially dear to Anthony was his great niece, Selena Marin. Anthony loved all his family, but Selena is the one who was special to him and made him feel loved. Anthony also loved his extended family of many cousins around the Pass area, Desert area and the Inland Empire. Anthony was and will always be remembered as a carefree soul to his family and to those who knew him. Rest in Peace uncle, brother, primo and sobrino, Anthony Rios.
