Leon Edward Ortega

Leon E. Ortega, 60, passed away unexpectedly, February 25, 2025, in Banning California.
He was born on August 24, 1964 in Banning, California to Richard H. Ortega and Rosita Santa Cruz Ortega. Leon has resided in Banning his entire life. He worked as a brick mason for many years. He enjoyed boxing, listening to music and most of all being with family. Leon is survived by his sisters, Patricia Cortez and Melinda Hernandez, Brothers Paul Ortega and Julian Ortega. Leon has many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Leon is preceded in death by his loving parents Richard H. Ortega and Rosie Santa CRuz Ortega whom he truly loved and missed.

A private graveside service with siblings will be held at a later date.
