Joe Duane Becerra

Joe Duane Becerra 59, of Banning, CA, Entered eternal rest on October 15, 2023, after a brief illness.

He was born on January 10, 1964, to Joe and Frances Grace Becerra. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Virginia Lyons, as well as his nephews Norman Ruiz JR, and Sean Ruiz.

Joe was a lifelong resident of the Banning area. He attended LifePoint Church. He was a dedicated employee with an unmatched work ethic of the Riverside-San Bernardino Indian Health, Inc, for nearly 40 years. Joe was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, camping, target shooting and hunting. Over the years he assisted in coaching Pony baseball and girls' softball at Noble Creek.

Although Joe was a man of few words, he had a great sense of humor and a loving heart. He will be greatly missed by his wife Terry (McDonough) and two sons Joe J. and Jared and his sisters Joanna Ruiz and Yvonne Silvas, Godmother Eunice, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Services will be on Saturday, October 28th, 10:00 AM at the Morongo Community Center, Burial to follow at the Morongo Moravian Cemetery.
