Frank Larry Valdepeña Sr. Eulogy
Frank Larry Valdepeña Sr. 79 years of age from Cabazon, CA, passed away on Sunday, October 9th, 2022 of natural causes.
Frank was born February 18th, 1943 in Fontana, CA to the late Antonio and Elodia Valdepeña. Frank had six siblings, he was the youngest of the boys and is survived by his oldest sister Mary Aguilar and youngest sister Amparo Campa.
Frank married Lupe Valdepeña in 1965 and had a wonderful life of 57 years together. They had three children, Elodia Valdepeña, Frank Valdepeña Jr. and Jerry Valdepeña. They also have eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren who he loved and adored with his whole heart.
At a very early age Frank began his profession as a truck driver, which led him and his family to move to Cabazon, CA in 1979. He was an employee of Massey Sand & Rock in Indio, CA. In the same year he and his family found there forever church Bethany Bible Church in Banning, CA. For over 40 years he was a faithful and dedicated member of the church. He loved his church family. On Sundays he often would take friends & family members with him. He loved the Lord and loved sharing the Gospel of Grace with anyone he encountered. Frank had the biggest heart, he was always happy, laughing and never mad (unless you made him mad then you better run.) Frank was the best dad and grandfather, he always took the family camping, fishing, to amusement parks, to the river, to Las Vegas, to Laughlin you name it he loved having quality time with his family and enjoyed making memories. Out of all the places he took his family his favorite place to go was to Church, that was the most important thing to him was that his children and grandchildren knew about Jesus and his Salvation for us. Our family is deeply saddened by this tremendous loss, he was the Patriarch to our family that held everyone together. We find comfort in knowing he is heaven with his Heavenly Father and his Savior Jesus Christ, as well as his many family members who have passed including his late grandchildren Frank Larry Valdepeña III and Amanda Valdepeña.
