BRYAN, AS A CHILD, LOVED PLAYING SPORTS. HE PLAYED BASEBALL FOR A WHILE AND THEN SOCCER FOR YEARS. IN HIGH SCHOOL HE PLAYED TENNIS ON THE SCHOOL TENNIS TEAM. HE SPENT LOTS OF TIME ON VACATIONS WITH HIS FAMILY BOATING AND WATERSKIING ESPECIALLY AT THE FAMILY'S VACATION HOME AT THE RIVER IN PARKER, ARIZONA.
BRYAN GOT HIS FIRST JOB AS A PAPERBOY AND CONTINUED WITH MANY JOBS AS HE LOVED WORKING BETTER THAN HE LIKED DOING HOMEWORK. HE WORKED AT LONG'S DRUG STORE FOR MANY YEARS AND MOVED ON TO NABISCO. HE LOVED STOCKING THE STORE SHELVES WITH MANY ITEMS; ESPECIALLY RITZ CRACKERS. HE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED ENGAGING IN CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES.
LATER, BRYAN WENT INTO THE RESTORATION BUSINESS. HE LAST WORKED FOR ACCURATE PROPERTY RESTORATION IN SALES. HE LOVED DEALING WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND MAKING SALES CALLS. HE WAS A TOTAL PEOPLE PERSON. HE LOVED TALKING TO PEOPLE AND TEASING THEM. JUST ASK HIS SISTER, STACY, ABOUT THE TEASING! PEOPLE REALLY LOVED BRYAN. BRYAN RECENTLY BOUGHT A HOME IN LAKE ELSINORE. HE WAS SO HAPPY THE SHORT TIME HE WAS THERE. THE HOME WAS COMPLETELY DECORATED INSIDE AND OUT. HE ENJOYED SITTING ON HIS FRONT PORCH THAT LOOKED OUT ONTO THE LAKE.
BRYAN LOVED DEEP SEA DISHING WITH HIS DAD, GRANDPA FORREST, UNCLE BOB, AND FRIENDS. HE WAS VERY PROUD OF THE LARGE SPEARFISH HE CAUGHT AND HAD MOUNTED ON THE WALL IN HIS HOME OFFICE. WHILE FISHING IN ALASKA, HE DEVELOPED A NEW FISHING TECHNIQUE. HE WOULD SAY "KICK A LOG", THEN HE WOULD ACTUALLY KICK THE LOG AND EVERY TIME HE DID THIS, HE WOULD HOOK UP A SALMON. IT WORKED! IT REALLY DID! HE FISHED IN HAWAII, CABO AND HIS LAST TRIP IN OCTOBER WAS IN LA PAZ WITH HIS DAD AND FRIENDS, LARRY AND GREG CHASTAIN.
BRYAN LOVED BASEBALL AND WATCHED AND ROOTED FOR HIS BELOVED ANGELS. HE HAD A LOT OF MEMORABILIA ALL OVER HIS WALLS, ALONG WITH TREASURED BASEBALLS, HATS, AND SHIRTS GALORE. HE LOVED IT WHEN THE ANGELS WON BUT TOOK IT REALLY HARD WHEN THEY LOST. AT ONE POINT, WHEN HE WAS FRUSTRATED WITH THE ANGELS AND THEIR MANAGER, HE WROTE TO THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, AND HIS ARTICLE WAS PUBLISHED ON THE SPORTS PAGE.
BRYAN'S CHILDREN AND THE LOVES OF HIS LIFE WERE HIS BOSTON TERRIERS. HIS FIRST TWO WERE SISTERS, BODIE, AND KASSI. While LEXXI AND MOLLIE MISS THEIR DADDY, WE KNOW BRYAN WOULD BE HAPPY WITH THE LOVING FAMILY THEY ARE WITH NOW. HE LOVED THEM ALL AND SPOILED THEM TERRIBLY.
BRYAN LOVED GIVING GIFTS AND SURPRISING PEOPLE. ONE OF HIS BEST SURPRISES WAS LAST NEW YEARS. THE FAMILY WAS OUT IN PARKER, ARIZONA, WHERE THEY WENT EVERY THANKSGIVING AND NEW YEARS. WHILE HANGING OUT AT THE DESERT BAR, BRYAN WALKED UP TO HIS MOM AND AUNTIE JOY AND TOLD THEM THEY WERE GOING UP IN A HELICOPTER WITH HIM OVERLOOKING THE COLORADO RIVER. WHAT A FUN TIME THAT WAS. HE WAS SO PROUD AND HAPPY SEEING HIS MOM AND AUNTS SHOCKED FACES WHEN HE TOLD THEM THEY WERE GOING.
BRYAN WAS TAKEN WAY TOO YOUNG. HE WILL BE SORELY MISSED BY HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
