William Charles Dugger

William Charles Dugger, age 92, passed away on January 3, 2019 in Banning, CA at Cherry Valley Healthcare. William was born on February 24, 1926 in Scottsbluff, NE. After graduating high school, he joined the Armed Forces and served as a Navy Seaman.

William was a member of the Elks Lodge and a Missionary to the Arizona Navajo Indians for 28 years.

William was a member of the Reformed Christian Church. He served for the Board of Directors of the Banning Estates in several positions including president & treasurer.

William is survived by his wife of 72 years, Peggy Dugger of Banning, CA and daughter, Patricia Dugger of Long Beach, CA.

A service will take place at 10:00 a.m., Wed., January 16, 2019 at Wiefels & Son Mortuary of Banning, CA . Private inurnment will take place at a later date at San Gorgonio Memorial Park.
