Thomas “Tom” Montalbano, age 93 and Palm Springs, CA resident, passed away December 18, 2018. He was born to his parents, Frank and Rose Montalbano on October 31, 1925 in Brooklyn, NY. After graduation from High School, Tom joined the United States Air Force and served in WWII & the Korean War. Tom then began collecting and selling antiques.
Tom was preceded in death by his brothers, Steve Montalbano of WI, Fred Montalbano of NJ and dear friend, Hank Jannink.
Tom is survived by his nieces, Rosalie Timper of Appleton, WI, Annie Gino of Honolulu, HI, Rosanne Cohen of Denville, NJ and Karen Rios Wood-Ridge, NJ; cousin, Jack Montalbano, NY.
A private family gathering will take place with placement of urn at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
