Ricardo Martinez Gonzalez

Ricardo M. Gonzalez, age 75-years & 40-year resident of Cabazon, CA, passed away at Loma Linda University Medical Center on May 25, 2019. He was born in Mexicali, Mexico on March 29, 1944 to his parents, Trinidad and Maria Gonzalez. Ricardo was a gardener and retired from Palm Springs Country Club. He was a parishioner at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church.

Ricardo is survived by his wife of 2 years Bictoria Brizuela of Cabazon, CA; daughters, Martha Gonzalez of Henderson, NV, Maria (Richard) Hernandez of Cabazon, CA; Juana Gonzalez of Cabazon, CA, Matilde Gonzalez, Jr. of Cabazon, CA; sons, Ricardo (Courtney) Gonzalez of Cathedral City, CA, Brijido Gonzalez of Cabazon, CA; sisters, Morena Gonzalez of Mexicali, MX, Lupe Gonzalez of El Centro, CA, Lola Gaytan of Brawley, CA, Fidela Gonzalez of El Centro, CA; brothers, Guillermo (Maria) Gonzalez of Mexicali, MX, Trinidad Gonzalez of Mexicali, MX; ten grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Matilde Gonzalez; parents, Trinidad and Maria Gonzalez; son, Ricardo Gonzalez, Jr.; sisters, Estela, Rosa, Margarita and Chuy.

A viewing will take place from 4:00pm-8:00pm, with a Rosary at 7:00pm, Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Wiefels & Son Mortuary, Banning, CA. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, May 31, 2019 at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church, Banning, CA, with burial to follow at San Gorgonio Memorial Park, Banning, CA.
