Laverne Patrick (DuBray) DuBray

LaVerne Patrick Dubray, age 83, passed away in Banning, CA on November 29, 2018. LaVerne was born on March 17, 1935 in Pierre, SD. He served in the US Air force and later worked as a cook for many years at the Sherman Indian High School in Riverside, CA. LaVerne enjoyed the horse races. He will be greatly missed by all.

LaVerne is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ranura Dubray; children, Julie Horsman, Steven H. Horsman; 1 sister; 10 grandchildren: many great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his children, Lorie Dubray, Nanette Dubray and Karen Horsman.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 1pm-4pm at Wiefels & Son Mortuary. Graveside Service will be on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10am at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Morongo Indian Reservation, Banning, CA.
