Coroner's Release

If Death has Occurred and the Medical Examiner or County Coroner is involved

Contact Wiefels & Son at 951.849.4527. We will contact the Coroner's Office to arrange release of the deceased.

Prior to us taking your loved one into our care, we will need a Coroner's release form signed by the legal next of kin. Once we are authorized by the Medical Examiner or Coroner, we will receive your loved one into our care.

Please select the form from the county in which death has occurred. Complete and FAX back to Wiefels & Son 951.849.1932 or email completed form to director@wiefelsmortuary.com
